It is also a response to the particular desire by building companies for quality, well designed products, robust warranties, simple but effective key control, and time-saving installation.

What are the Benefits of Joining the Building Partnership Programme?

RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION KEYING

Building company - The Residential Construction Keying (RCK) system, involves a single key, replicated to be used by tradesmen for all homes during the construction phase, making multiple people access simple. Building companies will be supplied 25 keys free (additional keys by negotiation), which can be reused on future homes. A feature of this system, exclusive to Ingersoll Rand Security Technologies, is that each company receives a personalised RCK system, so no two building companies have the same keys.

Homeowner - When the new homeowner takes over the house, they are presented with their own keys, which when used automatically resets the lock cylinder, making the RCK inoperable to tradesman, providing the homeowner with their own unique combination. This gives confidence to the new homeowner, eliminating security and access issues after moving in.

Convenience - Time saving convenience for building companies by using a single source supplier of world-renowned architectural hardware brands - Schlage, Legge, ME and Cisa.

Keying schedules - Building companies are welcome to use our hardware scheduling service, a complete keying schedule can be done for your clients by our professional sales team, specified from a provided floor-plan. Our easy-to-complete RCK form and key tracking system can locate keys and locks and keep an eye on what keying has been undertaken.

Support services - Regular contact, on-site assistance and training from our experienced staff means no need for a locksmith. Ingersoll Rand Security Technologies will also organise deliveries to your preferred fabricator or joiner.
